Youth Intervention Program (YIP) Grant

Kinship's youth mentoring program earned a highly competative YIP grant through the MN Department of Children, Youth & Families (https://dcyf.mn.gov/youth-intervention-grants) for 2026 - 2027.  This grant provides an ongoing stable funding source to community-based early intervention programs for youth and their families.   Grant writing, management, overseeing & reporting is the responsibility of Kinship's Executive Director (Aaron Olson), who reports to Kinship's Board of Directors.
