Becoming a Better Mentor: Strategies to Be There for Young People is a resource series designed to help teach everyday individuals the basics of being a good mentor to a young person. Written by field experts, and full of real-world advice and evidence-based strategies, this handbook provides mentors with tangible strategies to “be there” for youth.

This study tries to answer a couple of big questions as they related to mentoring relationships.  How do mentors manage their own feelings when a young person is stressed or struggling? How do emotions flow back and forth between mentors and youth?
